How the Partnership Works

We connect with your activities director or program coordinator.

Together we identify residents who may want to participate.

We schedule 3 interview sessions per resident (45–60 min each, by phone or video).

We write and deliver the finished Letter of Life within 2–3 weeks of the final interview.
5
Ongoing — we can work with as many residents as you’d like, on a rolling basis.
